Eric Korn
Eric is a proud Croton dad and loves mentoring kids. Until the last couple years he was a career chef (and won some awards and all). His kitchens? They were like mini-bootcamps, turning young folks into teamwork ninjas and real life leaders. Now he is looking to bring some of that magic to younger children in new ways.
Fueled by memories from hanging around his mom's daycare and the imprint that his coaches had on my life, Eric started down a road of coaching children about six years ago. Since then, he has loved coaching everything from T-ball to soccer to softball to skiing. Eric am a 6 year member of the Little League board a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance and a licenced SafeSport and US Soccer Youth Coach.
Eric is excited see Croton children grow and shine bright with our crew!
Katie Gillespie
Katie is a strategic and detail-oriented Project Manager, with nearly 20 years of experience working with Fortune 100 clients. She specializes in communication, critical thinking and team management but takes pride in maintaining close relations with clients while building realistic project plans.
Katie has 2 children at CET and sees the need for an after school program that combines the 4 pillars of LEAP (Leadership, Energy, Adventure and Perseverance). She views LEAP F.C. as an opportunity for parents to have a safe and fun after school experience for their children, while the children gain self-confidence and a sense of community. Katie's primary focus will be on parent communications and safety protocols.
Katie can often be seen around Croton, enjoying all it has to offer with her husband Niall and their 2 boys.
